Administrator & Staff Training: A one-to-one session gives your designated administrator all the information they need to easily perform routine tasks - such as adding user accounts or printers.  Other staff also receive an introduction to the system, to help them use the phone handset, telecoms and software effectively.
Support Services: We provide an inclusive support service for the entire system, including unlimited remote assistance to resolve any issues. Nearly everything can be done remotely, so only essential visits by us are chargeable.
3-year Onsite Warranty: However unlikely, if the worst happens and the server develops a serious fault, an engineer will arrive promptly (next business day after diagnosis) to deal with it.
